FREEDOM TRANSPORTATION RIDERSHIP POLICIES

Thank you for choosing Freedom Transportation Resources as your scholar’s school van transportation provider!

Below you will find our policies and procedures that will be followed while your child is in the care of our drivers.

PICK-UP

Scholars are to be ready for pick-up up to 5 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.

DROP-OFF

Scholars can be dropped off as early as 15 minutes before the scheduled drop-off time.

DROP-OFF NO SHOWS

Scholars with keys, or who are witnessed entering their home during drop-off, are considered safe, and the driver is clear to depart the drop-off location.
A no-show is when a parent/guardian is not visually present to receive scholars in grades K-5, 5 minutes or more passed their scheduled drop-off time.
The parent will be called by the driver and informed that the scholar will be returned back to the school after the driver completes their route.
Freedom Transportation Resources Management will notify the school Director(s) that your scholar is in route back to the school.
The parent/guardian at that time will be responsible for picking up their scholar from school.
After the 3rd no-show, your scholar will be considered for permanent removal from van transportation.

BEHAVIOR

The same behavior, policies, and consequences that your school requires transfers over to your scholar’s van route.
The appropriate discipline will be administered to any violations of these policies.
